Gentle Roots is tender reinforcement to birthing people that seek calm, nurturing care through pregnancy and birth. As your doula, my role is to assist you in feeling informed, empowered, and deeply supported through education and emotional/physical support. Using attunement I enter your birth experience with stable presence. Together we find how I can best support you within your unique individuality during pregnancy and labor.
